Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds

 

To withdraw from a course, you must inform us in writing. Please send your request to:

 

courses@piashaconsulting.com

 

Please include:

• your full name

• phone number

• name of course

• date of course

More than one week in advance:

A full refund will be returned (less $50 administration charge)
 

Less than one week in advance:

Non-refundable credit of equal value for any future Piasha course will be granted.

Credits are transferable within your organization.
 

Less than three working days in advance:

No refund or credit will be granted, full payment will be charged.

If at any time, you need to cancel, you may send someone else to take your place without any additional cost.

If Piasha’s Instructor is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, another speaker of equal ability will be substituted or another session will be booked at a later date.

Piasha reserves the right to cancel or change the date or location of its events and will notify the client if such a circumstance should arise.
